When I started CrossFit in 2007 I weighed 235lbs and my body fat was 30% (Top Left Picture). Through proper Nutrition I was able to transform my body and gain control of my Nutrition for whatever my goals are (Top Right Picture 2012 competing at the CrossFit Games 190lbs with 6% body fat).
For the last 10+ years I have been working with members of CrossFit Kinnick, helping them learn about Nutrition and how to make lasting Lifestyle changes.
