14.1 is 11.1, 10 minute AMRAP: 30 Double Unders / 15 Power Snatch (75#/55#)
I have revisited this workout quite a few times in my training over the years, and I can’t wait to see the improvement over my 2011 performance. Repeats are awesome! Check the 2011 video here where I finished with 358 reps (2 reps short of 8 rounds). Time to PR!!!

Do you think it would benefit some athletes to try the C&J method as they fatigue in later rounds or to try and just stick with power snatches?
Great question Lil Mama. I don’t know if it will benefit those who are putting up top scores in the world or even in their region BUT it will definitely help people who aren’t at that level. We will have many of our members use the Clean & Press or Jerk method.
I’ll be interested to see how it pans out for athletes who try it! I did right after the live announcement, and just did Power snatches, but we have some members who did it that way and will be reattempting it, mixing the two lifts to achieve standard. Good luck to your members!
