This weekend I will be competing at the OC Throwdown in beautiful Southern California at the OC Fair in THE HANGER.  The Hanger is a 23,000 sqft venue with 50 foot high ceilings and suites, with plenty of room to do some CRAZY workouts.  I competed in this last year and it is a 2-day event.  Last year I placed 3rd overall.  I ended up 1 point out of first which left me in 3rd.  This year looks to be an EPIC event!  With so many Games Athletes in attendance (Blair Morrison, Patrick Burke, Tommy Hackenbruck, Nate Schrader, Gabe Subry, and Peter Egyed) the level of competition will off the charts!  I have been working solely with Brian Mackenzie of Crossfit Endurance for my sole programming.  If he says it I do it.  If he doesn’t then I don’t.  We have been working on efficiency of movement more than anything which should prove to be a game changer for me.  Shoring up some weaknesses and building a better athlete.  I really enjoy working with him and like what he is doing with me.  If you are in the area come check it out.
